Copilot Enhancements: The improved Egnyte Copilot now goes beyond answering queries with the ability for users to:

Generate share links
Preview files instantly, and
Interact with content across their domain using Copilot.

Collaboration

Egnyte iOS App Enhancements:

New Link Sharing Experience & BIM File Preview: The iOS for Intune app now offers a redesigned interface and streamlined access settings so users can easily share links. BIM file previews are also now supported, with a browser option if needed. Learn more.

Web UI:

Self-Serve 14-Day Trials for Add-Ons: Customers can now find plan details under Settings → Subscriptions → Current Plan. The new Trial Add-Ons tab lets them explore and activate free trials, making evaluating and upgrading add-ons easier. Learn more.
E-signature: The enhanced e-sign experience helps signers navigate to and fill out their assigned fields. Once completed, the Sign & Confirm button becomes active, allowing them to submit their signature. Learn more.
Project Folder Recommendations: Project Folder Recommendations are now available for potential projects and are accessible in the Project Dashboard. Users can confirm or reject the recommendation by marking it as a project or not. Learn more.
Folder Insights: Power Users and Admins can now access Folder Insights in the Collaborate Web UI, offering summarized details about the data within any folder. Learn more.

Desktop App Core for Mac Enhancements:

Co-edit: Co-edit settings now align with the Web UI, keeping organization policies intact. The default policy follows cloud settings, and resetting restores all options to cloud defaults. Learn more.
Egnyte Actions: Egnyte Actions in the Desktop App lets users quickly manage files from the context menu as they do on the Web UI. Users can easily request signatures, edit PDFs, review versions, or access integrations like co-editing without leaving the app. Learn more.
Connected Folders: Users now receive improved notifications for access issues and skipped files due to drive disconnection. Bugs in context menu options, including Ask and Integrations, have also been fixed. Learn more.

Private Content Destination in SharePoint Online (SPO) to Egnyte Migration: Users can now choose the destination for private content when migrating data from SPO to Egnyte, either to a user's private folder or a common location. Learn more.
Sensitive Content Indicator in Web UI: Admins can now configure Secure & Govern classification and labeling policies to display an indication in the Collaborate Web UI, helping users quickly identify and manage sensitive content. Learn more.
